An exciting night of auction, trivia, food and fun!

Forecast is calling for snow on Saturday... escape it with hot soup and friends at the clubhouse.

Sunday afternoon was a pirate themed Grandparents Day which included balloon animals, face paint, bubbles, cotton candy, magic show and much more. It was a hit and the kids all went swimming afterwards. Along with the Jets game by the bar it made for a busy and fun Sunday.

Saturday night was the Rock & Roll Cabaret. A band made up of residents played and the crowd danced the night away to delicious catered food and good tunes.

Super bowl XLVII was one to remember for the Seattle Seahawks! Here at the clubhouse we had over 80 people come down to watch the game and enjoy game time favorites. The festivities began at 4pm where we enjoyed pizza, heroes, appetizers, and more. By half time things were not looking good for the Denver Broncos, but things were just getting good at the food tables. Yummy desserts and coffee helped those Denver fans get past the lost. With Jim Juliano’s help, we were all able to have a great night down at the clubhouse.

On Friday, January 24^th 2014, we had the 2^nd Annual Winter Blast here at the clubhouse! The sell out party was a great time filled with food, dancing, and celebrating. We enjoyed a nice array of food from Café Gia that included chicken, rice balls, and more! After enjoying some music and a comedy special by Ira Gafarian and John Allocca it was time for dessert. Overall it was a great event that was enjoyed by all!  A special thanks to Mike Visalli and Rhona Juliano for coordinating this unforgetful event!

On behalf of the “Straight From The Heart “ committee, I want to thank everyone starting with our committee members who devoted their time and energy in helping to support and coordinate the school supply drive, our friend and neighbor Smitty who worked so hard on the Car Detailing Raffle raising over $2200.00 for us which enables us to to help so many, and most important the families here at Meadowbrook Pointe for always supporting .....

The 4^th of July holiday weekend went out with a bang.  On Sundays we had a patriotic picnic.  Everyone enjoyed a variety of heros and salads as well as being able to make their own popcorn and peanut bags.  The pools were packed with everyone swimming and playing water volleyball.  Bob Mason and Stardust kept us entertained with their incredible vocal talents.  We are very thankful that they came out and played all day for us.

On Sunday we had a tropical luau party.  This was a great time!  We gave out many prizes including most tropical attire, biggest limbo cheater, best party trooper, and more!  At each table, a random seat had a raffle ticket underneath and if you were the lucky winner you got to go home with the centerpiece which was a pineapple!  Everyone ate delicious food until their bellies were full but made more room once dessert came out which included pound cake, strawberries, and whip cream!
